As of January 1, 2011, Pengrowth Energy Trust converted to a dividend paying corporation. At that time, the wholly owned subsidiaries of Pengrowth Energy Trust, Pengrowth Corporation, Monterey Exploration Ltd. and Pengrowth Energy Corporation were amalgamated under the name Pengrowth Energy Corporation. This is an exciting milestone for Pengrowth which will bring a number of changes in how we do business going forward.
