Allows unitholders to reinvest cash distributions by
purchasing additional trust units.

Participants have the option to buy up to Cdn
$1,000 (or U.S. $1,000) per month in additional
trust units.

Units are priced at 95% of the weighted average
closing price on the Toronto Stock Exchange for the
20 days before a distribution is paid.

Participants do not pay any costs associated with
this plan, including payment of brokerage
commissions
